This was a desktop and mobile website redesign project for custom wedding dress store in which I and my team delivered new mobile and desktop high-fidelity prototypes built in Figma within a two-week time frame using multiple rounds of usability tests, surveys, and comparative analysis.

This was a service design project in which I and my teammates comprehensively reviewed the customer experience for users of an online career change coaching service using our design process that included creating personas and user journeys from user data as well as conducting accessibility evaluations of our client’s website and learning platform.

Learning Management System Platform to be used in field offices around the world
This was a rapid prototyping project (for desktop and mobile) in which my teammate and I created an organization-wide learning management system platform based on comparative research for the United Nations using Axure software.

Rapid prototyping project for a mobile health tracking app
This was a rapid prototyping project in which I delivered a low-fidelity clickable prototype of the health and fertility monitoring mobile app I designed to partner with my client’s fertility insurance offerings in which I conducted user interviews and utilized the Balsamiq prototyping tool.
